Roman founded Avanti Construction Group with one goal: to build a contracting firm that homeowners could actually trust. With years of hands-on experience across residential construction, remodeling, and ADU development, he brings both the technical knowledge and the personal care that defines Avanti.

Roman is directly involved in every project — from the first design consultation through the final walkthrough. He's not a salesperson who disappears after signing a contract. He's the person on your job site, reviewing your plans, and making sure the work reflects exactly what you envisioned.
